Recent remarks from antitrust regulators point to increased scrutiny of perceived anti-competitive behavior resulting from supply chain disruption. In addition, the Biden administration’s aggressive strategy to tackle global corruption, coupled with the inherent risks posed by supply chain congestion, suggests that enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act could also be on the horizon.
