“Can someone in the crowd pass me a joint?” Tyson told the hundreds of attendees at the Benzinga Conference on the Cannabis Capital in Chicago on Tuesday. “Now that’s what I’m talking about,” Tyson thanked someone for passing him a joint.
Flair and Tyson started smoking several joints on stage while discussing the benefits of cannabis over drugs such as Xanax.
“I came into the industry by accident,” Flair explained, “I knew Mike [Tyson] since the 1980s. Chad approached me about it, my old school way of thinking told me that I didn’t want to be affiliated with cannabis, but I didn’t realize the cannabis world was taking the above.
Flair said cannabis replaced Xanax for him as a painkiller, as the retired wrestler had to wrestle up to 454 times a year.
“When this happened, it completely erased my previous addiction,” Flair said.
