Predictiv AI Announces Cease Trade Order and Provides Update to Shareholders on Status of Financial Statement Filings
TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / June 8, 2022 / Predictiv AI Inc. (TSXV: PAI); (OTCQB: INOTF); (FSE: 71TA) (“Predictive AI“or the”Company“), www.predictiv.ai, a software and solutions provider in the artificial intelligence markets, continues to work diligently to complete the filing of its annual financial statements for the year ended January 31, 2022 and related MD&A, as well as certifications leaders (collectively, the “Deposits required“) which were to be filed on May 31, 2022 (the “Deadline for filing“).
The Company confirms that the Ontario Securities Commission (the “CSOs“) has issued a failure to file a cease trade order against the Company (the “CTO“) which directs that general trading, direct or indirect, in the securities of the Company cease. A copy of the CTO has been posted on the OSC’s website.
There can be no assurance that the Company will be able to remedy its failure to file and have the CTO lifted in a timely manner or at all. However, we are continuing our efforts to remedy the situation and the removal of the CTO should take place a few days after the filing of the required documents.
